Yellow Oak Media Ltd publishes and sells digital health and wellness guides, protocols, and educational resources delivered in PDF and MP3 format. Products include structured daily protocols, meal plans, audio sessions, and reference materials related to health, wellness, and cognitive function.

All products are digital downloads. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final upon delivery of download links to the purchaser's email address.
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, Yellow Oak Media Ltd does not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees to waive any right of withdrawal applicable to digital content that has been made immediately available.

In the event of a technical failure preventing access to purchased content, customers should contact support within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
Refund requests based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to read the product description will not be accepted.

3. Delivery Policy
All products sold by Yellow Oak Media Ltd are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, customers receive an email containing download links for their purchased files (PDF and/or MP3 format).

Delivery is typically instant and in all cases within 24 hours of purchase. No physical items are shipped. No shipping fees apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is entered correctly at checkout. Yellow Oak Media Ltd is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
